amazing stay near the sea!
perfect locationclean roomusb portcomfy slippers
the location was spot on everything felt nearby and really convenient. the room felt super clean and i really liked it. i thought a usb port for charging phones would be great. slippers would be a nice addition too.
i found that the tv didn't work with standard channels i needed to log in to netflix with my own account

a restaurant is located right next door i noticed it served good breakfast. i observed that this place looks like a really good spot for dinner too. the tram stop is very close to the hotel

the room included temperature controls which was easy to manage. i noticed a balcony that adds to the appeal. a fridge and a kettle were available for my use. the bed felt comfortable with nice pillows.

lockers were available on floor -1 which was very practical. i saw the option to leave luggage facilitating check-in. i used the code access for both the room and the main door it simplified things. i found it easy and carefree.

the hotel is near the sea. tram line 2 runs along the coast a very convenient amenity. the area felt safe i had no concerns walking around. several restaurants are within a short distance.

the staff was friendly i saw them assisting guests efficiently. i felt the team had thought about guest needs. they provide toiletries and ensure mirror positioning is optimal. it created a very positive experience.

damaged wallinconvenient sheet change
The room i got was much smaller than i expected. The brochures made it look bigger, maybe it was just the pictures. there was damage to the wall and the skirting in one area. self-service laundry was a hassle. i also felt that having to ask for sheets to be changed at reception was inconvenient, especially since the reception is only manned at certain times.

convenient restaurantmissing cups
The location was acceptable with a restaurant right next door.
The coffee machine at reception lacked cups the entire time I stayed there. The last two days the machine did not work at all it was inconvenient.
